Margaret Fulton's recipe for Wedding Chicken

The Margaret Fulton Cookbook was my first. I still have it and I still use it, a lot. The recipes are simple but memorable.  A while back I was having  a girls lunch, my daughter said you know what you should make? Wedding Chicken. I cooked this dish for Easter one year. She still remembers.  Probably, like everyone else, she was wondering why we were having wedding chicken at Easter.  She also remembers Margaret’s seafood crepes, which she often asks me to make. I think this book is out of print but I recently bought her encylopedia, which is also a great reference. Try some of her recipes, you won’t be disappointed. In fact when the weather cools down I’m  going to make some lamb shanks with dumplings.
